Bold Endeavour / Amble boats

In keeping with other posts (Graham,Norman,Richie etc) a few pictures from Amble to remind us of what summer is ! There's a few of the boats from the Bob White comp, Growler (winner) Natalie Kristen (2nd) and Warlord as well as the usual fish pics.

Quite a few there and I hope next year's just as good.

That shot up the river is fantastic Colin, did you's land the fish in the last picture, I am sure I have had him on a few times!

I hope tis snow buggers off to get fishing on Sunday night, I am getting cabin fever stuck in!

We didn't land that fish Graham, it threw the hook, just lip hooked I think.
Caught it on a hokeye mind!

I was up at Amble marina today checking on my boat , it dosn't look anything like those pictures , are you sure they are at Amble ?
I took a camera but the weather was so foul I didn't take any pictures , 25 mph wind straight off the sea full with snow out of black , black clouds , not at all like the pics above .
My boat was still afloat ,I pumped out what little water had collected and got out of there as quick as i could before I froze to death , the lads in the marina have been keeping a eye on the boats and clearing the snow off the canopys so there was nothing to worry about , nice to see all ok though.
