sick of wareing wellies so looking for some boots as walk a bit on way fishing budget of 59 must be warm waterproof and last a bit thanks in advance

Have a look in the great outdoors mate. I got some hiking boots £40 fully waterproof and comfy as owt.

I've got some muck boots, they are the warmest boots I've ever had and are very comfortable for walking and plodging through rock pools. They are fine to wear in the summer too as the lining wicks the sweat away and keeps your feet cool. The only downside is that the soles wear out more quickly than other boots, they must be a softer rubber. I have worn mine smooth after about eighteen months but they get a hell of a lot of use and I will be buying another pair to replace them.

+1 on the muck boots too. Mine have a split in the rubber that i would like fixed. However they are still waterproof.

If you dont have to walk far and carry gear and its really cold Skeetex are the best ..I have to wear em with no socks though to get em on. proves how good they are never had cold feet in em. Tested to something like minus 50.
