Visited the rock marks in the Eyemouth, St Abbs area today.

Hoped to catch 3 species, wrasse, pollack and cod. Lots of coalfish showed today to and at times I wondered if I'd manage to get through them. I rarely take a rod stand with me just an old daiwa bass rod, penn 525 also, this combo I can use as a bottom fishing set up, float or heavy spinning rod. Basically less gear to lug around, and less is certainly best up there I can tell ya!

Anyway turned out a good day with my target fish turning up.

My first wrasse of the year.

Nice pollack, had two the same size today on a blue redgill, also a first this year.

And a codling on the spinner.

Well done with this selection of fine fish. I have a caravan up East Ord and was looking at starting up fishing and was hoping you would be able to share the rock marks with me as I have no clue where is good to fish around eyemouth.
