115 views and no info! do not know which part of boulmer you mean rocks or beach i.e boulmer haven but as for anywhere along the rocks north or south should fish flat or with a sea on the latter being the better quite a bit of terrain to walk over b4 you get to the waters edge but like anywhere thier will be gullies and holes what will hold fish not much to go on i,m afraid but never really fished it other than the soth seaton point and the north the torrs and longhoughton maybe some1 else can shine some light on it 4u
looks like that is it mate maybe you could go on bing maps and zoom in on the place really good personally i would give it a miss as thier are better marks n/s and easier

I've seen locals fishing the rocks on all types of seas. Whilst I've had dog on beach. Good luck.
During the summer because its beds thick kelp there's plenty of feed and dose hold fish, in the winter its like most places best with bit sea on or a dying sea but there's no reason why you shouldn't pick up the odd local fish.
