Well we all left South Shields at silly o'clock (3:30am) and what a view met us.

We decided to set up towards blyth and fish a few wrecks. We started at the SS Ferryhill wreck but a coble soon turned up and the fisherman told us that their nets are drifting over to our area so would be mind moving. We pulled the anchor up and moved onto the Dolphin (or HMS Pandora). 10 mins later the same coble turned up and ask us to move again cause the nets were drifting over to us. We then popped over to the following wrecks Mars, Polleon, Sedgefly, Brado and finally Marne. I'm not sure where we are going wrong but no real bites. We fished size 2/0 hooks or feathers using Mackeral, Squid+lug. It was not until about 11am when we were at the Marne and changed to razor fish we actually caught Mackeral, whiting and flatties but most were small and got returned safely.

Looks like I am going to need to do more research on actually how to catch fish.
