burntisland fife

hi ppl im off to burntisland this week and just have to tk my fishing gear spinning rods and beach rod. can any one tell me what i expect to catch and what bait will be good to eather tk or buy if have to help would be grateful spotter hpool:exclam:

At Burntisland you can get mackerel (if they have arrived in the Forth), the odd small saithe, codling etc. Usual baits, probably take some with you, to be on the safe side.

Not too up on the marks around Fife, but if you go onto this website

Hi Spotter m8 and you can catch more or less what your catching here and the bait i would use is Rag-Lugworm- and calamari baby quid as it always works for me okay m8.

Have a look at google maps my dad used to fish fife regulaly with royal mail if i remember rightly theres a mark u can fish over low water but will need chesties to get on as it floods behind you every time he went up he always came back with nice codling. Crab baits are essential
If the sea us clear you should also take pollock and macky
Ill ask me dad what the mark is specifically called as i cnt find it
