Buying falty head lights!!!!!

BOught Tigra head light from local fishing tackle shop, battery is faulty and i have replaced it three times, still faulty, want a refund but can not get one!!!!
What is everyones views on that??

You could try ringing Tiga direct.

if ya battery has been changed 3 times already mate i would say like kieth,its ya charger thats knackered,contact the tackle shop or tiga direct,after all you still got a 12 month warranty from tiga

It is the seller, not the manufacturer, who is responsible if goods do not conform to contract.
thats what the law states,you should contact the shop again and ask if they will give you a full refund plus costs,if not let trading standards take over they will fine get your money back and fine the shop for not complying to the sale of goods act.

raynlee is right if the shop wont refund you contact trading standards they will sort it for you mate and get you your money back plus what extra you have paid to get replacement battery ect ect
