fished cambois at the back of the silos over high between 9 and 1 this morn. Three of us fished and we got 1 rockling between us caught by me. Well i suppose it beats my last few outings cos ive had a string of blanks. Baits used were rag, razor, crab and squid just was'nt happening today. A word of warning to anyone whos planning to fish there. It seems as tho there has been some tipping goin on there. I think its the old stone from the railway at alcan as this has been renewed but its very loose underfoot so it makes the the decent and climb of the bank quite treacherous i wouldnt recommend it in darkness. atleast you didnt blank. your right that bank is quite bad to get down just got to take your time going down it, dont know if its any worse since i was last there though.

probably is shaun there been loads of gravel like stuff tipped over so theres virtually no grip mate. Ya have to go down in a controlled slide now otherwise known as goin on ya a**e lol

i was on the ramp on sat morning over high water got 2 flaties for my efort going 2 give it another bash the mora
