Fished with a couple of pals in the Eastender Open yesterday...Sea was big, but looked perfect inside Camels Island at Marsden...The bait we had was fresh and frozen crab, yella's, blow, ragworm, whiteworm, mussel, razorfish...Not a bite!...Between FIVE of us, not a bite...And we thought all we had to do was put baited hooks in the water! Unbelievable...

Here it is, the view from Camels Island looking towards Marsden Grotto...

Unlucky Paul, seems to be the case all over the coast, no doubt the tiny tides aren't helping. I'm planning a trip down tomorrow sometime, so fingers crossed.

Good luck mate...The match finished at 5pm - I went home, got my lamp, some food and hot drink - and went straight to the Hall Beach, stayed there till 10pm.....NOT A BITE! I'm getting fed up now!
The sea looks bigger today than yesterday!
