Can you dig bait at Cullercoats?

Is the Cullercoats harbour out of bounds for bait-digging?

In short, yes; the harbour-master won't take kindly to people leaving holes and trenches on the beach between the breakwaters that'll cause problems for the tractor when launching & beaching the boats etc. But you can scratch worms in the gully behind Goatsies if you're up for it - I don't know what numbers are like but there's plenty of casts.
