Canny afternoon at the Glass Centre.

Well me and my mate Ian went down to the Glass centre today for some flattie bashing. We were planning on getting some ragworm but Rutherfords were shut so it was case of frozen crab,frozen runny and frozen maccy. But do you know we managed fine. Fished two rods each and i had a really good start with a 35cm Flounder which took the crab.

Then it was a case of whose going to win the mini comp.
We were pulling in Flounders like these.

Coalies also appeared and i even had a doubler pulling two in on my Salt Bass rod with fixed spool and braid.
Think i beat Ian by one fish at 13 - 12 but he did drop one off on his last reel in.
A lovely way to spend a summers afternoon with all of the path ours.
