Went out for a chuck last night but conditions not perfect, flat seas and lots of rain:(

Decieded to fish the tide down and back in at Blyth beach. Got there about 2 hours before low water and set up with a 3/0 pennel pulley baited with rag and lug and chucked it out while i set up a 3/0 pulley rig baited with lug and crab. Had a rattle so wound in to find the rig had been stripped clean by the crabs. Put my next rig on and chucked it as far as i could and re-baited the other rig. As i was baiting up i got a canny rattle again and wound in to find a long very skinny whitey on. Chucked my pennel pulley back out and took the fish off the other rig.....looked up and my rod was bouncing!! thought i had a canny fish on and until i saw 2 whiteys coming up the beach!
This was the same for about an hour with either fish or crabs every chuck then it all went quiet for an hour and a half.

Once the tide turned it went crazy with a fish a chuck for an hour. I had a mixture of whiteys, coalies(best 1lb ish) and flatties. The best fish were taken on frozen peeler but worm and mackreal were doing well. My biggest of the night a coalie was taken on some re-frozen peeler!

It all went quiet again so i called it a night aroud 1.30am wet and tired but very happy:D

Few pics below but was far to busy to get them all and any kind of quality!
