Fished tonight 9 til 2am. Size 6 flappers with rag only on 2 rods, hoping for an eelpout like everyone else has been catching from the tyne. Didn't get one. Had about 30 fish though, Tommies, dabs, flounders and small whiting. no rubbish anywhere. Nice to see for a change.

Just got back from Tynemouth pier had a coddie bout 1.3/4lb second cast few bites after that but nowt else

Had bites every cast, but only 6 or 7 sized fish out of those.

Good luck today mate, hope he's hungry.
