Sorry to be a dumb-ass, but I've read bits and pieces about Cart and I'm still a bit confused about exactly what it is. Terms like 'coral' etc have me stumped.
Please can someone really simply explain what Cart is from beginning to end.
The insides of hen crabs with as much coral as possible. Mashed up into a paste and made into a kind of sausage with old tights, or a similar material mate. If you go on the Whitby Anglers Website theres an article on how to do it with loads of pics.
