carver your time will come I will be at my local mark on boxingday if ya fancy it 10am till about 4:30pm . I know how how you feel if me dad catches first it usually means I blank lol but nobody can say you lads are not puting the hours in

we do put the hours in and come away with nothing to show for it but like you lot on here keep saying it will pay off in the end it just depends how far away the end is lol

well I was down there last night and the tides were to strong to hold bottom and my bait was washing out after 5 min so we are not going to fish there 2morra probly hav a run down to tynemouth area for the flood .the tide pushing through the channel makes fishing that mark nearly impossible but give it a go you never know if you do cast down river towards the boat and hope your lead grips before the closer jetti cos if it dont you will lose the lot every cast
