Has anyone fished the pond at cassop? I had a walk round today and it doesn't look a bad place. Anyone know if it's any good and what fish are in?

Fished it years ago when it was free only caught a few perch, lad that was there at the time had some bream,tench and skimmers. All the rubish has been cleaned up now ive heard which is good because when dusk came the rats were as big as cats
