Casting Instruction

Can anyone recommend an instructional dvd or book regarding distance casting, I can already cast a canny way using the normal overhead thump ,just wondered how much more I could manage with the right technique.

the money would be better spent on a casting instructor Steve and there is nobody better than Peter Thain (Longranger) after an hour or 2 with him you will see a marked improvment.
