Hi Chaps (and Ali) 
Now then.....I know some of us have a gripe or 2 with our local Councils (where-ever / who-ever they may be), I know I have with mine.....and I work for them, lol......all that aside (and mainly for those living in South Tyneside - and Soth Shields in particular), did you know that the Town Hall is 100 years old this month? You may not agree with the Council - or even dislike them with a vengence, but 1 thing's for sure - the Town Hall is a fantasic looking building. There's a big, free for all to come along to, shindig outside the front of the building next Tuesday night (19th) and they'll be showing a film I've made about the building).
