Century experts

The guys at century are spot on mate. Fake rods damage their reputation and are quite willing to help identify dodgy ones. Ask them about the rod number printed on the butt and tip. Should match up with the decals. I'm sure century will say though that to be sure pop the rod to the factory!

Put a description up some lads may be able to help.

I might be completely wrong & don't want to name & shame the lad if it's genuine
But my gut feeling is not good & my temptation is to show him what it feels like to waste money
& put all his windows through on the coldest night very close to Xmas when no one will replace them unless your prepared to pay double

Century's builds are terrible at times very poor or it could be a rebuild what make and model is it? Is the blank unground? What length is the tip and butt also butt diameter is the tell tale signs

Century standards are not always the best maybe put a few pictures up so people can see it and give there opinion

That's true enough
But the kompressor I recently snapped/crushed was perfect as was the j curve I sold.
But my mate bought a brand new tip tornado & it was shocking & replaced foc

Tony going by the pics you've sent me it is what is supposed to be just a custom rebuild mate

Hope so I tried to get one for a while the one I had was crushed by a slamming van door
By a mate, he felt guilty & paid for this one & tried to get the cheapest he could find & went all the way to Darlington for it

Agree with the century build quality. My factory built CM is nowhere near as good as my rebuilt CME that Fishfingers repaired for me....
