as a few of you know my tip tornado blew up last sunday on the beacons took it into Century on Monday recieved it back today with new tip ring and full repolish, come back looking like new. The service was fantasic and free.

good lesson learnt, spend a bit extra get good srevice and keep it local

Excellent service and well deserving of the praise, John.

Why can\'t ALL companies offer THAT degree of customer service?
Obviously it\'ll pay off for them through increased sales as prospective customers see the level of \"after care\" that\'s provided.

I know Greys also provide a fantastic customer service.........mebbies it\'s just a North East thing ..........or am I being a tad biased.....lol ????
 
not at all, like you say if only a few more were like these. I know who will be recieving my £275 next summer

forgot to mention whilst i was there today i enquired about the tough nylon century single rod covers that they produce and they can sell you one from the factory for £16.95. a small price to protect something so valuable.

Must agree with you John. My brand new g-5 super sport snapped and I was sorted out in about a week great service cheer\'s Century much appreciated.

i lads sounds like yous got a better service than i did but i went through reelsport took bloody weeks 1st night out snapped butt must be a better service if you deal with century yourself.15 year old now my slammer and still a sound rod

Gary I put mine back into the shop I bought it from and although I picked it up from Washington (just to save him a journey) he sorted everything out.

when i spoke to Simon and Sue from Century they were very happy to deal direct with the public i did mention about taking it into frasers but he instantly told me not to bother and bring it straight in
