Christmas catch report, a little late.

Nice pics ian.

If i could make one suggestion.

Dont go on a diet for the new year.

Just catch bigger fish .

They make you look slimmer.

:D

Skeers off Jackie's beach and the gunpits on some of those shots?

Skeers off Jackies Beach, surely not?
Didnt think you would be able to see the piers from Jackies, mind you ionly fish it during darkness, but i still dont think you would be able to see the pier during daylight.

The bottom pic i suspect is Parsons rocks.

Ian am i wrong if yes then prey tell me.

regards
Terry

Elmer. lovely images, your photographic skills have improved, I'm impressed. As for the cod you have done well, just the diet you need to lose weight. Buy the way the distance between the butt end and reel indicates your arms must have grown along. with your girth. Slipping on the Blackpath reminds me of the time when I got a ducking at Porthlethen when we ran down the rocks just as your rod was being pulled into the drink, it weighed 10lbs. I've enjoyed our fishing trips over the years.

I am envious.

I don't get to post here very often but that is a very good read.

I think Ian might remember who I am ?

Very good pictures and it makes me want to go fishing.

Never seen a "Fireblade" before either.

Thanks Guys.

Thanks Guys.

Thanks,

I'm pleased you all liked the Photos and post,

Cheers Paul, tell your Dad, Leo that I'm asking after him.

Glad you enjoyed your whisky, Stores, see what I get if we have another auction.

Davem2005, "bigger fish to look slimmer", great idea and better than a diet!

Yours Truly, (Terry), Parson's Rock? Dunno mate, I'm not that clued upon the names of the marks, just spent quite a bit of time along there without my gear looking for places to try.

Hi Lew, the longer reach realy improves things mate.......it lets me get my arms round my belly to reel in!!

Myfish, yes mate I remember you and nice to hear from you, the fireblade is old now but still my favourite.

I'm looking down the barrel of 7 night shifts in row starting this weekend so my fishing is on the back burner for a while.

Regards and thanks again, Ian.

I,ve never really been a one for beach fishing but it is really growing on me.
The fish and views look fantastic.
I can see why beachlover loves fishing from the beach if it throws up fish like that.
I must give the beach another go guys.

Cheers Mick.
