fished the top end of claxheugh on the flood tide last night. ended up with a good mixed bag of eels, coalies and flounders. plenty double shots on the bait rod and 5 fish on the spoon (3 flounders, a coalie and an eel) best fish was a flounder just over the pound mark.
fished deptford for the first hour of the ebb this morning with just the baited spoon, only got one flounder but it was a belter about 1lb 12oz(ish).
