as it was pouring down when i started my session decided to fish claxheugh again (next to the car so could cast out and watch my rod from the comfort of the car.) first cast a double shot of flounders then nothing else for over an hour and a half. the rain then eased off and the fish came on ended up with 13 including another two double shots, nothing of any great size best around 35cm and a couple of undersized ones as well. an enjoyable few hours.
