What clips do you guys use for keeping rigs clipped down casting otg?

Seen imps but not sure how good they will be..

Pro's and con's would be nice ;-)

For otg those outcast clips look good as they lock your hook in so it can't drop out when lying it back on the ground.

I've been using the Gemini splash downs, they work a treat. However they'll only work to a 3/0 hooksize. The outcast ones are better for bigger hooks but I heard they're stopping selling the clips but instead they'll sell you their clip attached to their weight so instead of using a 20p outcast clip on a lead u made or bought cheaper than shop prices they'll charge you 1.30 for the 20p clip and a 5,6,7 oz weigh etc.

Imps can be used for OTG casting aslong as its not a shingle beach, the vibration can cause the IMP to release, they are a quality bit of kit cannot fault them one bit.

But the outcast ones are designed for OTG so really its a case of which one will best suit you
