CNC Machining??

Can anyone convert 3D (ProEngineer) models to NC programs and machine this???

approx size 260MM x 130MM x 20MM thick aluminium.

Obviously need a mirror image for the other half of the mould.

It is a dieing trade Keith, the place i am working a few of the lads can do it but unable to due to the restrictions/camera's etc.

You could try the metal spinners on shelley road, newburn.
They helped me out and machined a few parts for my broken carp pod.
Nice lads and also work weekends and the gaffers dont !!

They use Delcam for 3D programming but would probably want your file as an IGES file.
He will also be able to source the aluminium plate you require & give you a price.
