fished from 10 till bout 1:30. went hoping for a few mackie armed with a vast array of spinners, wedges, sidewinders etc etc long story short, didn't get any! got a half dozen small coalies on crab and mackie baits about 40 yards out and also just dropped off the rock edge. had a bash with float fished mackie strip as well but nowt. thought about blyth pier but cullernose is just a little more aesthetically pleasing on the eye, aahh
had the place to meself till bout 12ish and one fella landed, didn't see him get owt. there was also a couple of chaps passed me on the path as i was leavin' perhaps they know the best time of tide to fish
never mind, it was a lovely sunny day and hey; thas always next time
