Had a few hours out today, took a look for a couple of different places to try for later in the year.
Went to Bill Quay, but couldnt see how you get the the river??
then took a look down next to "elephant on the tyne", looks a canny spot but tide was too low to try.
ended up back at hebburn marina, but a bit further along on grass bank.
hounded by weeds though, just managed a few small whiting. With rag and runnydown
but what a great day to be out, lovely and relaxing!!
