Cracking night 16th Oct!!

Well just got back in from a cracking night at a local spot I fish alot started fishing about 7pm with Mick (casper71). Mick was first with a coalie which went back then about 9.30 I got 2@ 1 3/4lb codling then one 1 1/2lb returned all went quiet till 12 after turn of tide Mick pulled a 2lb 4oz codling in.
I then had a lovely pull over bite which resulted in a 3lb codling it was hitting 1am ish when rod went again picked up hit in straight away nice 5lber gut hooked going nowhere.
We decided to call it a night at 2.30am so reeling in felt abit weight result codling of 1 1/2lb lying on it was definitely my night my pb bag from the shore of 14 1/2lb to say I'm happy is an understatement lol.
Pics to follow when I get up bait used was fresh blacks blow lug of cracking size from Lewis's in Whitley bay and frozen crab.
