Anyone ever made a curry with a hare before my son was out with his lurcher and lamp last night come back with a big hare change from rabbits fancy making a curry anyone ever had one or no any god recipes thanks lads

get your jar of favourite curry sauce take the gutted hare chop it up to manageable chunks and hoy in the slow cooker. add potatoes , mushroom and peppers if u want ... dont think u can go wrong with a slow cooker jobbie

I would boil it up till it falls of the bone then chop it into chunks then pan fry it in onions and garlic for about a min then add a curry sauce and any veg u want for about 30mins the serve with pila rice and nann bread LOVELY
