lost a part off my slosh 30.ordered it from daiwa in scotland,one week later still hadnt come,rang they said they post them out 2nd CLASS AND CAN TAKE BETWEEN 7-10 DAYS.PRETTY CR-P IF YOU ASK ME.

i could not fault them when i snapped the tip off my rod i sent it back to them and with in a week they had sent out a new tip,might just be luck
