Damn dredger !!!

Weell I think U lot were all right about the dredger spoiling things down the Groyne area, went down there on Sunday from 3-9, was using Fresh Crab, Mussell, Rag and Lug...with no reward !!!
Was a lush Day down the Coast apart from the lack of Fish, I didnt even see a slight nock on my Rod...
A couple of foreign blokes er fishing next to me, and they were in the samne boat as me, aswell as a couple of lads who were fishing the end of the Groyne when i first got there, who walked off looking pretty sick !!!
Went down the BA Carpark on the Tyne this morning, to get rid of the rest of my bait, and baits were coming back untouched, a huge dead rat went floating by, and almost made me spew...
On my last chuck I Foul Hooked a SMALL Codling...which was awy fine soon as I returned it...That was about as good as it got...

unlucky on the first sesh but welldone on the blank saver i had a few hours on roker pier this afternoon took 17 fish all was flounders except 1 was a rockling and 2 was coalies best flounder 40cm,s wud of been a canny weight but it had spawned ,crab and rag and mackerel tipped was the bait

17 Fish, Ive fished loads over the last few weeks up Amble at the caravan, then all over here when ive been back, caught 4 Fish, so your doing well! lol...Flounderseeker......sorry, Codseeker!!! HAHA...

Yer i have tried to advise people since mid April, last years it has done it the fishing from the river was very very poor, sandeel never came in good numbers, mackerel only caught on the big tides and the plaice only showed from the sea ward side in any great numbers...what is even worse is the last time i was out it dumped its crap on one of the wrecks i fish lol

Thats a total nightmare bowt them doing that, ****s eh?
I took your advice on Friday and Fished elswhere, but thought id give it a go yesterday, was told by others the dredger upsets all the ground so that the fish feed, obviously not! ha...

It will kill alot of things and get food in the area but think of it this way, if someone was smashing the roof off your house ina nd pouring sand and mud down the stairs along with adding thick black smoke to the air would you stay and eat a meal

Deffo wouldnt stay for a meal, but i would pay to see the look on Wor Lasses face as she got in from Work...HAHA...
