First session for a bit due to busting my hand but turned out to be well worth it.

Fished saturday night with lug, rag and squid south of Ryhope . Started getting bites after around an hour, and then steadily through the night which resulted in 9 coddies, and 3 lost.
One much better fish lost half way in on reused lug before running out of bait....sods law

All fish stuffed with sandeels.

ha ha, think they must of fallen off about 10 times before i managed to balance themcouldn't fit the last two on. . Got the pleasure of cleaning it now

only take what my family and i are going to eat mate, and return what i'm not. I think Hughs fishfight centres largely on discards and getting people to eat a variety of unfashionable fish which i do .
