I'm just curious as to the fishing techniques & baits used over here in the north east are aimed toward catching mainly cod, flatties, pollock
But drive 100 miles or so over to the west side & baits used differ slightly but seem to be a vast difference in species of fish caught, I wonder how many of the different species are in these waters but not targeted for!
A lot of different fish are being caught is it due to cleaner seas? Warmer seas? Or the fish always being here
