Is it best fished high or low water?

This mark will throw up kelpies at any stage of the tide
.We usually fish from last hour down then all the way up has worked for us in the past

If your float fishing and spinning go to the bottom end of the cliff and slightly come back on your self and theirs a large gully try float fishing in there had some canny sized wrasse out of there
