Begun Fishing between 0900 ended up calling it a day at 1800 due to the lack of activity on the fishes' part. Only 2 Mackerel and one Lance for myself, all caught on a dexter wedge. (Used feathers for a while with no luck) Can safely say the most hard earned fish I've ever worked for.
Was a funny old day as the place was chocca for some time, and several folk were catching fairly successfully for intermittent spells. Which is sharp contrast to a fortnight ago when the Mackerel were out in force and were being taken every other cast.
All in all a somewhat disappointing day, however at least the winter bait stocks have been topped up, the weather was fine and the company was good.

Apart from that class weather and a bont neck. Ended up with 4 Mackerel & one coalie just off the bottom on the float. If Davros was not there with some banter i would have packed up at midday lol.
