early bait?????

I know I may sound mad but I fancy an early start in morn to avoid anoying my lass, but I have no bait does anybody know of a place wher ei can buy bait early in morn like a bizzare news agent(open early6ish) who sells rag etc. Or am I being niave. probs need a boat from shore looking at this we stuff!!

I think your only option is to visit the super market for makkie/sprat/squid/mussle/prawn etc
