pop down at low water and look mate . watch out for cut off points also.

A good thing to do is have a look on google earth. You can see the dark patches in the water which are obviously rougher ground. Sometimes works for me .

The middle of Boatmans Bay is ok and if you go straight down from the Bridge at the Colliery, keep right and go onto the beach via the path beside the concrete bunker, when youre on the beach walk over to the left and set up about 50 yards to the left of the cinderella rock, its clean ground there....
