Had a few hours up at Embleton with Dan today. Fished an hour or so down and a bit of flood. Plenty of flounder but mainly small. Dan was straight into treble shots. I got a double of slightly better ones. Tried fishing a bigger sandeel and mackerel bait further out to see what could pick up. I've done this at Warkworth a few times unsuccessfully. Today it got the biggest fish at 1lb 2oz. Much slower sport on the flood. Dan pleased that he got amongst some fish though. Bait rag, mackerel and sandeel.
