Excalibur J curve or tip tornado match

Well with the old birthday comming up the other half has offered to get me a new stick to add to the collection , I have been looking at the above rods for a while now and just wondered if there was much difference between the two since they are both similar styles of rod.

I have the tip tornado match but it is now dated compared to the excaliber.
If i was in your position it would have to be the excaliber--i have not hear a bad word said about them==mind they are pricey.

Can pick one up from nets for £430 I no it's steep but it seems one hell of a rod for the price .

i have the tip tornado sport and the c curve and since ibought the c curve i have had better days with it all ican say about the c curve is what a rod probably one of the best investments i have made

What is your c curve like for bite indication with smaller species like dabs, plaice whiting ect, i was looking at the c curve originialy but thought it would lack bite indication for the smaller stuff ,
