got out around 7,45 was a good day i could not get past the mackerel no matter what hook size i used even got them on a jigger, managed 2 cod and 2 ling, good group of lads too, i think the biggest cod was 12 lb and was plenty about all caught on fresh mackerel, the most cod i seen getting caught was off a guy using black hokkais, all in all it was a brill day.

all hooks were baited for the cod and ling, mackerel were just hitting anything though, and was hard to get through them

yea was a brill day like ,hoping to get booked again

never understood ppl useing bait on shads they dont swim right for one
i have used shads for quite a few years with great results without bait
