few hours down roker pier today

arrived at 10.30 am second cast ,rod starts banging like hell,slack liner ,strike into it ,which gave me some fight on the bze rod ,start diving for the edges and kelp ,anyway managed to get it in ,it was a coalie on me scales it was just touching 2lb mark

had another small coalie a while later ,everything went quiet as the water dropped pulling crabs in all the time,seen a few flounder pulled in from round head ,and a bloke had a flounder next to me,rapped up 3pm ,nice to been out for a few hours

Nice Coalie mate:thumbup: . A few are showing a bloke on tuesday got one about 3lb on crab about 20 yards up from the bunker. Theres also a few kicking around in the river mainly up the Wearmouth bridge to a pound and a half, probablies because the crabs are now peeleing in greater quantities. Any way Cracking report as the old saying goes its not all about Quantity its about Quality.
