well after all i just popped down for a bit sea air this morning and a nose about,after talking to bloke in car park (micky) ,parked up enjoying my cuppa tea ,and 20 rollies lol,i seen the sea was canny in the bay ,so dashed of home got me gear and bait ,what a dissapointment not a touch on crab ,left of the ratty end and right side absolutely zilch, 2 blokes fished next to me too and had nowt while i was there i left at 3pm ,ere it was better than sitting in the house

its better than sitting in the house int it coddy. i had a walk down with the dog last nite, there seemed quite a few fishing into the bay, never walked along thou to see if out was doing, did see 2 lads climbing over roker with there rods and cans, daft t--ts the see was lashing over

The 2 lads that went on peir last night had the coast gard out they were
on peir 1/2Hr they made there own way off but mr Plod was there they got there gear took off them they were wet off them wave's but they are up to court in the next to week's
wot were they thinking of going on the peir

Boring bit-

Wonder what the offence was. Possibly harassment alarm and distress.(sec5 of the public order act 1986)

Its possible officers /public and coastguard were alarmed by their actions. The gear could have been taken from them to prevent any harm. (in case they went back).
