Avoid thw pier in any sort of northly sea as one big wave can take you off hit the beaches if theres a sea om.

It'll be too big for Blyth beach tomorrow night Scotty if it keeps coming away like it is. I've just been down for a look and it's just about fishable now. It's only going to get bigger tomorrow.
You'll be fine on the pier; just tie a piece of rope to yourself and to the railings; you'll be fine. Lol

lol would not want to take the chance. blyth beach can be a nightmare to fish on smaller tides anyway.
