fishing low tide

Alright lads, can anyone give me any advice on where is good to fish at low tide around the south shields or roker area? I've only ever really fished at high tides but my shifts at work now mean I can't always get out when I'd like. Thanks for any help.

The end of south shields pier might be worth a shot, good luck and welcome to nesa.

Shields beach can fish at any time. Just have to walk a bit further at low tide
