fishing sandiego usa?

Hello lads.... i\'m in sandiego usa for the next 2.5 months.... brought some shore kit with me...... anyone know of anywhere to go and try? and what to catch?any help appreciated.... they only want to go out on boats here! wich is fine ..... but if you just want to kill a couple of hours..... a trip to the shore might be good!

Try just down from the pub carpark just behind high street............Nah only kidding, if its anything like florida stick on a wire trace & big hook (you can buy them at walmart for about 30p) stick on a live fish whack it out and sit back and wait for the fireworks
