Did Any One See 6 flares geing fired on sunday i was on the pier look towards marsden and i seen 6 flares fired any one know what happend???

What time did you see them, i was at Souter from 4:30pm til 6:30pm and didnt see any

seen them bout 2 ish thought it was a bit funny like not long after then 2 apache helicopters went past mate.

The flares were fired as part of a training exercise for Sunderland Volunteer Life Brigade.
