had 34 pollock out between 4 of us in 2 hours fishing, kept 10 which were deeply hooked all 34 fish were sized apart from 4 and all around 1.5lb my mate lost one at least 8lb i walked down the steps to land it and it shook its head and swam around the surface for around 5 seconds then off it went

frozen sandeel and rag worm, just hooking them once through the head

Mick in my opinion sandeel always gets the better fish, stick with them
