Foxton advice?

Just been along foxton beach for a look around but couldnt work out where to fish. Do u fish off the beach itself or the rocks at the north or south end. The beach looks really shallow. Judging by the amount of casts, worm is probably the best bait. Any advice would be welcome.

To the north of foxton bay are two dog leg shaped skears known as first and second gulley. these fish best during or after a Northerly wind.

Foxton bay is a high tide shot fishes best with a bit Sea running. Its a shallow beach so as the tide drops away move to another mark.

Half tide the rocks start to show at the right hand side of Foxton Bay and you will see Fluke hole a cast of 40yds north towards the opposite point of foxton bay should put your bait in the Hole.
