We've been given a bit by the Historic ships people to help restore the Panser! Didn't help that I e-mailed the wrong final final version of the bid document to the skipper at 5:00am Jan 2nd or summat after schnifting a bottle of Talisker. Had to be posted that morning

in oder of priorities the cash is earmarked for:

elastoplasts, bovril, pile ointment and knee pads

any surplus, should cover the the new deck, rubbing strake, couple of deck beams, paint and masts with a bit of luck
