Frustrating

What a frustrating day today. Worked my arse off all week to get a half day to go out on Wor boat with a pal, just for to turn round at the last min and say he couldn't go. As not keen in heading out alone, that's a good afternoons fishing down the plug hole. So was wondering if there was anyone who would fancy going out when I'm on my own in the future? Just seems a shame to waste a canny afternoons fishing especially as the weather is bound to change soon.

Nee bother pal, next time I'm out I'll give you a shout. There's been a few times now when I've been able to go but the rest of the lads couldn't.

Are you trailing the boat, or is it in the marina Mark....If its in the marina give it a go going solo, my first time was pretty scary, not the fishing bit, but getting it back on the berth If youre trailing its a different story, but i'm sure there's someone out there who would make a reliable fishing buddy...

The weathers been a bit pants lately, but its given me time to get to know the boat and get it the way i want it...split charger to fit this weekend then thats about it....till something else turns up...

Just trailing it at the min chris. But thinking of putting it at royal quays from march next year just to give it a go and see what it's like. Was thinking of just doing the summer months then taking it back out in the winter.

where are you based, i have the same problem and i have my own boat. My son is bored with fishing now, and i need someone to assist when i launch.
